My question is way this kind of factory still premetif ,old machines  and still  small ? you dont think that is time to make the machines it self now , i mean we us a poor countrys all of us , way we still behind however we have a good ingenieurs and very smart and  trained peoples like this ?

As I watched the video up until 23:00, I heard one man coughing.   I had already realized that none of these hard working men are wearing any eye protection, no steel toed shoes, no fireproof garments,  no dust masks, and no respirators.  Aluminum dust and powder coating dust are both health hazards,  and destroy lung tissue.
