You mentioned commercial property showing some strain, and that Brookfield is tying to benefit from this by finding underpriced properties. I am a Brookfield shareholder, but their real estate holdings seem to be their weak point right now. Indeed, in recent weeks, there have been quite a few spooky headlines about this very topic, such as "Brookfield Property Could See Its Credit Rating Cut to Junk Status"
