I fell asleep in the very beginning. I am the lightest sleeper. My fiance calling my name. Making lots of noise. Checked to make sure I was breathing. So figured I was fine. When I woke up at the very end I was still half way somewhere else. No clue where. 😂 But I've had so much chronic anxiety when I woke up I felt soo at peace, like I had been somewhere else for a long time & I never feel refreshed after I sleep because I have such bad sleep apnea. This is crazy! Haha thank you Pura Rasa. Ill have to listen again & maybe get an idea of what just happened. Very beautiful experience. ❤
