Not drinking is becoming a sure enough trend and I love it. Been drinking half me life and I’m 34. Quitting for 6 months on my bday Friday. 🙌🏻🤞🏻

@stewieisfunnyful

I'd been a real serious drinker the last 5 years (15+ drinks daily). I'm 5 days completely sober today. I have to really take it minute by minute, but you can quit even if you think you're too far gone. It helps me to try to remember being in the hospital, throwing up, missing important events, etc

@ap5194

Had my last drop of alcohol on the 25th of December 2018, quitting drinking seems to be the the new quitting smoking. People are done with feeling like shit

@TheSweetloudo1

Im 62 and am in excellent shape, workout daily. Always liked a few beers on the weekends nothing crazy maybe 8 over 2 days...stopped in December of 24 and have never felt better, workouts are better got significantly stronger, sleeping better. Best part is i don't even miss it. I think i won at drinking.

@ONAIRwithDYLAN

My father was an alcoholic, which is why I’ve always avoided drinking. I’m glad to see younger generations pulling away from alcohol, too. Like smoking, it’s one of those habits better left in the past—along with lead paint and asbestos.

@kc4276

I'm 100 days sober today, so I want to say thank you to the universe for showing this video in my feed!

@nickyjam770

8 years sober... I love my life.❤

@Popesontour

I want everyone watching this to PLEASE listen to him!! Yes, alcohol makes us feel good! But I dedicated 38yrs of my life to that wonderful feeling! I've been sober for 6yrs! My health has never been better!! I do like non alcoholic beers! I finally found sobriety when we lost my Dad to liver cancer!! You know I grew up in a Detroit family and alcohol was just part of the fabric of family!! If you are young and maybe struggling with it? Please let someone know and trust them like your life depends on it! It just might!!❤❤❤

@Robin-son-a

16 months sober after being a drunk for 35 years. I have never felt so good in my adult life. Now i consume the barley cooked for breakfast instead of sweet cereal i eat barley and fruits bowl with nat yogurt. Stay strong people and quitting booze is well worth the benefits.

@xxwhatevahxx

The only thing that actually scared me so much it made me quit Alcohol cold turkey is when i realised that Alcohol stops your body from burning fat & will make you fat very fast, no matter how much you workout.... i was drinking everyday or other day, body had no chance to burn any fat at all..... in just some months i gained like 50 lbs & it all was on my belly (got puffy/swollen face, ugly skin aswell), super ugly, was eating barely anything and was working out, still gained weight rapidly. I quit and then got my sixpack abs back very quickly, the nice skin came back and my face got chiseled.

@jhonatanalvarez05

One beer helps me feel happy when I'm sad, and it relaxes me when trying to sleep.. that's just me.

@xheartiiz

A liquor store on every corner in the hood. But they made weed illegal. For a reason

@Southwestlouisianacreole

I drank hard after being introduced to alcohol in my late teens. I’m now 50, took me losing my kidney to stop, been 5 years completely sober. Alcohol is very damaging to your health.

@PuffyPaladen

A wise old doctor told me when I was a kid, "nothing good ever comes out of alcohol. No one ever says, my life really got better after I started drinking"

@simonashley7

It's all down to personal choice, if you don't want alcohol fine, if you do want alcohol fine. If you don't want to smoke fine, if you do want to smoke fine. Life is to short, live and let live.

@shawnp4403

Have nothing against ppl who drink, to each their own. But I hate when ppl assume I am boring , because I don’t drink. Hear it all the time

@manuelcintron8961

Every single thing we abuse is not good for us ( you can drink, don't over do it )
Eat healthy, take care of your self, love what you do and don't forget to be thankful ( life is always beautiful )😊

@ageless1003

I drink occasionally n I enjoy it.

@npche9865

Addictive AF as well. I drink every day without fail, wish I stayed off it when I came out the can but F it, I'll get there.
