In the area where I live, if you had rock exposed on the concrete you'd never be able to shovel the snow off or use your snow blower cuz it would throw the rocks

I'm not sure I'd pay top dollar for this, at what price is the question and depends on the project needs etc but I can't see myself being too happy with the finished look.

They do this when the rocks are too expensive or too rare, I guess it looks ok

Better if you don’t just toss them on there and actually place them also sort out the ones that are too thin too small too round god I’ve probably seeded close to 40k sqft it can be nice if done right and in Oregon at 28per sqft make some money when you got 3-6 thousand sqft
