The problem is that someone who's actually really slow when jogging like me, by trying to run like that I will actually go faster and it will be more difficult and so my heartrate will also be higher and also the fatigue will be increase

But what do you think of forefoot vs midfoot vs heel striking? When I started running I was a heel striker 100%, because I just didn't think about form at all and that's what naturally happened. Then I got on the "fad" of forefoot striking, but now a few years down the line I see all three as tools that I switch between depending on terrain and how fatigued I am!
