I’m from Ireland, I spent six months traveling around India from November 2005 to May 2006 and this song was played everywhere I went. On the last train journey I took from Varanasi to Delhi I mentioned to a fellow passenger that I loved the song - within two minutes the entire SL carriage was crowded around me singing it together. One of the very best moments I experienced in that great country.

@santoshbhujang

@beatrizvillanueva4126

I am mexican..and I love this music ... thanks to some friends from india I began to enter the pleasure of listening to them

@Anabelle29

At the beginning of this song, when Shankar Mahadevan goes “dhin tanaka dhina… “ and the tabla music begins to play, that moment gives goosebumps and makes you smile and bob your head. This song is beautiful in so many ways - the beauty of Aishwarya Rai, the tabla and harmonium (giving it a UP vibe), the male voices who sang this song, Alisha Chinai’s amazing singing (it actually sounds like Aishwarya Rai’s voice, especially when she says that small “haye”), the dance moves, the pace, the lyrics! Even after 20 DAMN years, this feels fresh as ever!

@aditiswarup5873

Wish the choreographer was also given credits. Such an amazing Choreography it is 🙌

@whoooshme8898

Aishwarya, your presence isn’t just beautiful—it’s a timeless reminder of grace elevated to art.❤

@Kijaanamkaun

Aishwarya never let her exceptional beauty take over her acting, grace and nature that's why she still stands out. As beautiful as talented. Absolutely admire her aura.
