This just doesn't work - pure and simple. I've tried several times using a picture of my VIN as well as keying it in. There isn't a "Lexus App" in the Android Play store and it bounces me to Enform, in which I also can't get to enroll. After several tries - and it doesn't remember previous entries - I gave up but watched this YouTube video. Still not joy. Also - no support number as best I can tell.

The app also doesn't work for a 2021 Lexus LC500 even though it says it is supported. Can't register the vehicle and no support. Rubbish

The Lexus app is great when it's able to sustain the connection to my vehicle 🥴 However, there should be no big worries because the re-download, installation, and setup are quite simple once you get the hang of it.
