This thing is driving me crazy!!! I did everything to set it was working for a few days. Now, it will print once. Then the next 4 times I try to print it won't work. Then some of the prints from the day before will come out the next day. It is completely random and sometimes  I print one page and the very next thing I want to print it doesn't. Can anyone help me? I honestly want to throw it out the window as this is the fourth printer I've had problems with in my office in only year.

I've followed both of these steps numerous times, unplugged it, restarted the computer, been on the phone with Geek Squad for hours, nothing works.  Printer is a pile of junk.
