For getting the job in TCS I think there is no need for the coding ninja course but if you want to go to a product based company then it is good for improving the problem solving skill then also good, I think you should think about some good company here find the good project where development available is very difficult and also they paid very less If anyone is willing to join the TCS please do not join and join some good startup or product based company there you can learn the real development thing and do not waste your time here nothing you will get.....
