Some of Korea's major airlines and low-cost airlines are forcing a go-around report. It is called Korea's Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport guidelines, and it is creating an atmosphere of rebuking and reporting even go-arounds conducted in unstable during normal approach.
I believe this is a policy that goes against aviation safety and the times, and I hopes that these safety barriers will be removed by ICAO through more effective announcements.
