I have watched your videos for the last like two years and its so interesting to hear your experience in real estate (my mom is a real estate broker) I can say clients putting in offers with other agents/going behind your back is a pretty common thing so don't take it personally some people just don't have loyalty to their agent while others will be repeat customers during your career and will be much more rewarding to see them again and again. Your doing great for being in only your first year of real estate!

As a buyers agent myself, it's so tough to find loyal clients. I had a set of clients earlier this year that I invited into my home to scan documents and submit offers just to find out they've went with another agent that submitted another offer them on a separate property. It's very tough and luckily you have a steady stream of clients and calls since you are a public figure. It never gets easy when clients you've shown so many properties to go behind your back but, you are actually killing it for a first time agent in this business so keep your head up!

You seem like a great agent and it really sucks that those perspective buyers did that, but buyers need to do what is right for them, it is the biggest purchase of their lives. Hopefully you didn't have too much time invested in them.
