You need a Buddy heater(from Mr Heater) for the boat and close that back side in. Try a clear shower curtain till you can permanently fix the cabin's backside.

Hi. I used to do sea fishing here in England and on our boat we had flotation suits. These were guaranteed to keep us warm to minus 10 centigrade. You could look into these for the winter. Great video as always mate 👍😊
