Thanks Johann! I learned a lot from the presentation. (1) I especially appreciate his candidacy on how much time he spent on this scenario, for otherwise people may think: How can the CTA review board be possible with only 3 hours for a solution and presentation like this? (2) Comparing this with Johann's later presentations is also illuminating: It's an amazing amount of work to get ready for the board, yet it's achievable. (3) A specific design idea I learn is this: If something is sold, some people are collaborating and working with customers to get it sold, consider the powerful out-of-the-box data model of Sales Cloud, adopt it for the specific [sales] process. Sales may not be spelled out, but what are solution architects/designers/specialist/consultants doing when they visit customers?

Design for what - Quotes? Why using Heroku additionally to DWH solution? - Business Entity Model: Why Devices as Custom Object and not as Assets+Assets Archives? Pro/Contra? Object OWD access levels? Please consider them as my own Questions, I'm not familiar with the Business Requirements for your Mock so I can only make questions based on your presentation. Always go for hybrid over native app . I have made that mistake in my CTA attempt. Hybrid can do barcode scanning as well. Plus you need only 1 app for both ios and andriod , hence lower development effort.
