@djpete2009

Please give a round of applause to the lady technologist. She exuded so much grace, poise and effortless knowledge.

@KingNomad

I’d love to get my hands on the Bill of Material for all these new houses! We can’t keep importing everything from China, time to start manufacturing either in Naija or in a neighbouring country

@Vickay0438

The lady's narrative skill is impeccable, she's vast and sound.

@fellydee1086

This video really excites me because am a black female architect based in Southern Africa and got certification to design using light weight steel. She may have used a Chinese company but the best places to source the machinery is FrameCAD or Scottsdale both based in New Zealand. You can order your machine and they give you training so you can hire locals and teach them that technology. I hope more people open up to this type of construction. It's definitely the way to go!

@thejessystudio

Who else loves this video because of the lady Presenter. ❤

@TayoAinaFilms

This looks really dope and it was Built-in 3 days. Things are changing in lagos. Dope Video!

@obieWanmotivation

This prefab/ 3 day house timeline is potentially a game changer IF and only IF we are able to source 80% or more of the building materials in Nigeria. Otherwise, I cannot sign off on an "imported house" when we already have ample materials on ground to build our houses. Certain fixtures being imported are understandable (e.g., lighting and doors) but the vast bulk of the materials must be sourced in Nigeria to protect our housing industry and enhance job growth in this vital sector of the Nigerian economy.

@enowagbor

The lady did a wonderful job presenting the house. This technology can be a game changer for Africa. Imagine building a house in 3 days. This is impressive. Keep up with the good work…Africa is slowly transforming itself.

@faithworks90

"I hate when the prices, are not provided"!!!!

Wow I have to show my husband this. He's Nigerian and I've been telling him about this lifestyle and had no idea it was a thing over there. When he gets here 🇺🇸 we do have plans for a sustainable container home. I've been into prefab homes for a while and believe this type of home is good for the environment (recycling, less cutting of trees, etc.)

Thank you, I love this video a lot

@brosjay8070

She’s quite knowledgeable about what she’s presenting unlike some of our realtors that can’t even differentiate quarts from granite countertops

@darcycardinal6275

That's seriously impressive. We have pre-built "mobile homes" here in Canada, but they don't compare to this beauty in Lagos. Good job people!

@welcometruthseekers

Nigeria is the future of Africa. Lesotho.🇱🇸🇱🇸💯👊🏾

@fopedaniels3214

It's obviously not affordable for the average Nigerian..She said it's exclusive. There you have the answer.
It's a great housing solution no doubt. Kudos to the team.

@setapart3452

Is this woman a journalist ? She is so well-spoken, elegant in her delivery, intelligent and professional. Great job.

@ZoeBredan

This is how its built im Canada, you could go out and come back to see a home standing same day… lol. We need more of this in Africa

@MenageWorldEntertainment

This is the future of housing in Africa. The Germans have been doing this all over the world for a while. Brilliant presentation too - the lady's cadence is soothing to the ears.

@LouieManza

Watching from Texas. So fascinating and state of the art.
Kudos to Nigeria.

@Watchmeforfun

I hope the lady gets the audience/buyers she deserves she’s so good at selling the business

@rwconz_live2267

Damn this house looks good! Can’t wait to move over to Africa soon. Matter fact we need more construction workers in Africa so we can keep this up. Great work Nigeria!
