Have the same, not sure issue on my device or all but temperature is almost not changing and is very high about 50 degC. My device is broken or standard?

Installed mine on a Zigbee network, and it doesn’t want to read the levels on an outside plant. Not more than 35 feet away from the hub. Any suggestions? I would really want this to work.
