@OnMars3D

Have you ever run into shading issues because of non-planar faces? πŸ€” Let me know in the comments!"

@SwiftyGazz

Alt+N = Reset factors will also reset vertices that are not aligned and may be causing shadow artifact in blender.

@jeffyboi6969

A nice maya trick for misplaced vertex' messing with your normals is to click said vertices. Then hit shift right click and go to "average vertices". This will smooth your vertex's back into place if there is enough surrounding geometry.

@PenguiinLips

Oh yes the channel I've been needing. I'm a beginner blender fan.

@imasstarr

I wish I had seen this sooner 😭 had a issue like this when modeling a boot for my character and I manually placed the edges back. I’ve just started using blender last semester so I’m new to the software, but I love watching these kinds of shorts and compilation videos

@markonar140

Great Solution!!! Thanks for Sharing!!! πŸ‘πŸ˜Ž

@litjellyfish

I mean who don’t get this. If your surface is not flat the subdivision will not be flat

@MrJgracias

Nah, what you need alt+n reset verticies. πŸ’― that is what is wrong. Just because you add edges should not cause pinching

@shisune2795

I currently have trouble creating holes on a curved surface. This pinching always happends and ruins everything. I gonna try and see if I can flatten the faces

@remorseofemotion

Well, i gotta a question, do i have to flatten when I'm sculpting and made the topology as well? I wonder if it affects the smoothness of the model when it comes to sculpting.

@maxcardenas8257

Well no shit

@ahmadjames151

blender bug

@william_chidube

Am i subbed yet?
