I've felt bad for smaller landlords in NYC during the pandemic when it comes to tenants who aren't able to pay rents. The city should have done more alleviate the pains on landlords by giving tax abatements or deductions on small homeowners. The pains are everywhere, and everyone has been affected in NYC.

I'm gland landlords exist, I make enough money to easily be able to buy a house/condo, but I enjoy the flexibility of renting. Being only committed to one location for at most 1 year is great, and if I want to leave earlier usually it only costs me an extra month's rent.

Being a landlord in NYC seems like a nightmare, especially with the eviction moratorium. I advise ky/hr (water soluable,) or Crisco/Chili oil. Thanks for the laughs & info, and keep up the great work! I laugh so much I don’t need to work on my abs.

I think most people get mad about Apple products because they're more expensive than other brands available on the market. I have some friends that recently switched to Apple products (Iphone 11 and Macbook Pro M1). The feedback has been great, they love their devices. I guess most people like to get mad and never give it a try to see if they enjoy it, personally I have switched from Android Phones to iPhones and from Microsoft Laptops to Macbook Air and I wouldn't go back, I had some hardware issues with Apple products but it wasn't something serious that couldn't be fixed.
