Let's say a person filling out the form starts going through the form and fills out their name and phone number but exits the page entirely prior to their email. Is there a way to collect the information they did submit when they hit the next button?

Hello, I have a repair shop, I have categorised all kinds of items in reference to Failure mode and Solutions. 1. I would like to use Jotform to create a simple multi-stage form but on responses, I want all Failure mode dispositions of different products to be recorded on the same column without creating different columns based on sections of the form. 2. On selecting the Solution dispositions (a dropdown), I would like to be recorded on one same column and list the price for the parts used. Is it possible with Jotform? Will appreciate your assistance on this! Thanks, John
