What's your favorite way to increase neuroplasticity?

@michaelsylvia7716

This was great,I'm recovering from several dermatic situations, thank u. Murder, rape, child melestion. Faint chance for me to make it. But I will. But remember before number put God first , always. Much love to all .

@JoshRichardson-ey2fg

I am glad to know I am doing most of these. Newness in meditation seems like it combines too. Every sit feels new and with an open inquisitive mind I can't help but see each moment is new, thank you so much!

@aebyt

I love that things that are already enjoyable also increase neuroplasticity. I’m a big fan of new experiences, meditation, movement, and of course sleep!

Beautifully said. Your Interesting. and knowledgeable. Without waffling on with a bunch of words that eventuate to nothing but listening to the sound of their voices. It's very common. Yours is perfectly presented. Thank.yiu so much 💕

There's a way, similar to enriched environment, called "Image Streaming", specifically IRL variation, when you consciously and rigourously observe the world in maximum detail and narrate, explain everything you see to yourself, if possible aloud, if not then silently. Experienced practitioners use non verbal variety, in which they kinda "get" the nature of things directly.
Basically, another, more analytical form of dynamic day-to-day meditation.
