Bro, you are so motivational, make me want to learn data engineering.

@halildurmaz2087

I like listening to your advice since they are clear and not bullshit. However, I think without JOINs, you cannot even do %50 of SQL and already will most likely fail at the technical interview too. They even ask Window functions frequently

@matthewgrosart7783

I’m overwhelmed with how much I need to learn, how complex and in depth data engineering is… any advice? :)

@AhmedRmdan

Hey Zach,
I wanted to ask you about DSA, Design Patterns, and SOLID Principles.
Is it essential for data engineers?
Do Data Engineering job interviews include these types of LeetCode questions?

@videoking840

Thank you sir

@hitemonthesidefootball

I’m learning data analytics right now would that help me in data engineering?

@brittanyg8233

Should I research all of this before I take your class? I'm not sure if you're going to go over this or jump right in. 💜

@kanwaldeepkaur9974

Thanks ❤

@tired-of

what about data structures and algorithms? what about web protocols, network layers, system internals? what about database administration, tuning, replication lag, cache invalidation? what about distributed systems and cloud computing? but sure go learn sql python and spark and call yourself an engineer.

@AlterTapIn

Thank you do you have a program that can help become a Data Engineer?

@ianman6

What does it take to get the super high salaries you earned earlier in your career? Surely I can't just learn these 5 things and fetch that kind of money. What else is there to know?

@ShubhaVilasGovindaDas

What is your opinion about Ms Fabric ?

@DataEngNZ

I’ve been applying to DE jobs non stop. I’m currently a senior DE and still can’t get a single interview. What am I doing wrong? I have all the skills you listed.

@bullharvests7995

I have an associates in business administration. Is it possible for me to break into this industry with just certs and projects?

@anasabdullaev4346

I started learning data engineering on a MacBook, but I'm having some difficulties using SQL Server on my MacBook because it's Microsoft. So I did Docker Azure Studio, but it still feels not great. So, is there anyone doing data engineering on a MacBook? How's it going with you?

@TonyZyrox

Do you think it would be easy for someone to get a a salary of 600k in data engineering

@sergendestroy

Aren't you the guy from Cut Copy?
