@pisces2569

I never thought a finance video would lead me to realize that I want a story of Helios and Daedalus bonding over their grief

@juances

"you killed my son!" "yeah but did you hear? the sun is really expensive, also sorry" and then they became best buds

@peterchung2262

How isn't TED-Ed making the YouTube top videos with such a unique video?

@jezer8325

"As is typical with finance discussions they both leave hopeful and revitalized"

@ZeLaNDSM

I'm just imagining this taking place in actual ancient Greece. Modern day energy capturing would be foreign to them, so I can see Daedalus and Helios standing there as the accountant explains to them like,
"What's nuclear? Wind and hydro power? What's solar energy? 2022?? Has this guy lost his mind??"

@LightThroughShadows

What a wild mix of myth and finance! Never thought I’d feel both emotional and curious about the price of the Sun.

@PhantomV13

Us Greeks say one has crabs in their pockets (καβούρια στις τσέπες), which means they're stingy, as the crabs protect their cash. Dunno if that's the reason the accountant is a crab, or because he was in the ocean video. Oh, and cool video!

@theperfectbotsteve4916

helios being like wait what it's gonna die 😭😭😭

@kevinlane1219

8,519 gigawatts converted into kilowatts and multiplied by $0.17 would equal $1,448,230,000. Imagine what you could do with that kind of money?

@natheriver8910

This video was even better than the one about the price of the sea

@abhaychegu

Seems a tad expensive

@Discerned_

Helios "Apollo-gizes" 😂 4:38

@vss318

Imagine having to pay to use the sun…

I hope I didn’t give Elon Musk the idea

@MarkBoiMC

THE ACCOUNTANT"S BACK :D so happy you brought back this character😁😄

@hannelore296

Love these video's!! I try to watch these instead of watching shorts or reels, so my attention span is longer than a few seconds and I learn something in the meantime. So thank you TED-ED for all your work <3

@wimwiddershins

It's a shame the people who need to know this stuff will never watch it.

@donavandunn9824

Love seeing the Divine Accountant again

@Kaikaku

"... and as is typical of finance discussions, they both leave feeling hopeful and revitalised."
Apparently I'm a unique snowflake, because usually my financial discussions end quite differently.

@Jacobturtle

I think it’s really funny how the names from these myths have permeated throughout time

@dragonmaster9860

Is this a new series? If it is I’m stoked! For the next episode can you make the sky(it includes all the things in the sky sun, moon, stars, clouds, etc) the next item for buying?
