I am very curious but very laymen when it comes to this stuff
But i fully understand the principles and how this experiment is done.
One thing that always bothered me though;
They use the term 'observing'
By observing they mean interfering/interacting with the particles.
My question was, if everything is on the quantum lvl, then surely the slits they go through, the air they pass through, the machine they are fired out of, all these things would surely 'ineract/interfere' with yhe particles and this is why the experiment made no sense?

@Magnus833

I don’t understand a word of this 😅
I need to go get some more education

@mialotusmusic

Wasn't the quantum eraser already debunked? Wasn't it something to do with showing only part of the interference pattern?

@Lenin941FN

It would be really funny if quantum mechanics just turned out to be nothing more than scientists overthinking things. You're telling me all these crazy things are happening but we aren't allowed to observe it because somehow the universe knows when you're looking at something and decides to make quantum mechanics stop working just to fuck with us?

@dixie_.the._pixie

we were never meant to learn this stuff man, good god
