These social media apps are all so similar. They are just getting us to waste more time looking at our screens and being detached from the real physical world. This one has no value add. It’s just a replica of others before it.

I am using it and I like it but, I don't like the fact that if you want to get rid of Threads you have to get rid of Instagram and completely start all over again with a new account Instagram. Very nice and detailed video.

If Threads has to be used within Instagram it’s not an app but a feature. I think it’s intended to keep people on Instagram which is not what I want for myself. I would like to hear more of a critique not just complete acceptance of the feature.

Once you've created a Threads account, the only way to delete is to also delete your Instagram account. Some serious concerns regarding privacy have already been brought up.
