Put'em out of service.There was never a driver shortage, so stop that crap! No interpreters! Sometimes, a driver has to make a quick decision where there is no time for discussion. If you can't captain that ship, then get out of the seat!

Except there wasn't a driver shortage. ATA just wanted, and still wants, to keep driver pay low. And there still isn't a driver shortage. Accirding to some states, as much as 80% of truck accidents involve a non-english speaking foreign natiolan driver. So 2015/2016 setting aside of the law, has lowered driver pay, and killed a bunch of people.
