I Love the part where he says think of someone who really love, and then think of why you love them, I thought I love them because they accept me for who I am. I am going to incorporate that with the people that I love I tend to judge them and point out little flaws that are not important instead of doing that I will except them and I will love them so I am like the person that I love. Thank you that advice will stick with me for the rest of my life.
1) Focus on the present moment instead of what you did wrong at one point. 2) Imagine someone had the same feelings or problems you have right now. How would you help them? Then help yourself in that exact same way. 3) Challenge every negative thought about yourself. Find out why you actually think that about yourself. 4) Do long-term smart things. Just don't go super overboard with it. 5) Protect yourself from and avoid toxic people. 6) Don't complain about things. Fix the problems instead. None (not even yourself) like people who complain all the time, or over nothing. 7) Eat healthy and exercise. 8) When dealing with toxic people, instead of yelling at them, just find a way to either get away from them or to get them away from you. 9) Celebrate and reward your wins, even the small ones. 10) Live your life for yourself (in the grand scheme of things). You can still help others at the smaller level. Don't stay away from things just because "It's not normal", or because "It's expected of me.". 11) Find a person that you really like, find out which trait is the reason for that, then incorporate that trait into your own behaviour.

Amazing list, you just covered nearly everything. I think the most important is practice mindfulness. None of the mentioned activities worth nothing if you don't practice them and you are not committed. Self-love won't happen after 1 week, it's a though work and you can’t give up after a few failed attempts. Good luck for everyone!

What i did was at first stopped thinking about is to have bad toughts about yourself, instead of insulting yourself decide to make a change, for example if you dont like your weight workout until you love how you are, nothing is going to change if you stay on the couch doing nothing.
