Oatmeal, lactation cookies, and body armor drinks work wonders for me!! Along with eating a snack or small meal every time I feed my baby or pump. Not eating enough is a major cause for low supply, especially if you’re trying too hard to “bounce back” after birth.
Being relaxed when you pump and not stressing genuinely helps.
I use something called Fenugreek Capsules . I had a hard time even get any milk in for the first week so I had to milk for my baby. The one day I went online got the Fenugreek Capsules started with that first. 24 hours later my breast was dripping. I told my daughter to do the same thing and she was crying because she thought I was miracle worker. I said no I just tried it first and I thought if it works for me the why not . And I also used lactation cookies oatmeal and some almond milk. Everything that I did I just let my daughter know to. And she said everything worked like a charm. ❤❤❤❤ thank you for spreading the word because a lot of women start crying because their breast are not producing enough milk. Something stressing your body and hormones can do it to. But do watch out for those things to because they will have you pregnant all over again. I’m just say 😂
This gives me hope, since I’m in the first month and over 40. The most I’ve gotten is 2 Oz
I pump on average 35oz w day but I desperately want more to store away so I can be DONE sooner than one year. Thanks for the tips!
I am currently struggling. My baby is 3 weeks old and I barely making 6oz per day :(. I am going to implement some of these things to see if it helps. Thank you for sharing.
I once read that using ground flax seeds, as opposed to whole flax seeds can help with absorbing the nutrients. Not sure to its fact, but I never forgot it!
Brewers yeast worked wonders for me😊
I’m 39 and had my first baby 10 days ago, even though I put her on the breast at least five minutes a day several times a day I literally dried up around seven. I’m trying hard to pump intermittently to get her something and start taking some supplements and adjusting my diet because I do want to breast-feed or at least feed breast milk along with formula. It came in so well especially for her being a late term premi 36+5 via C-section. And then droplets :( I won’t let it discourage will keep trying
I read that fasting to lose weight during pregnancy wouldn't affect my babys milk supply, incredibly wrong. For me at least. I would easily get 3oz off both, then could hardly get 1.5oz (that's both breast combined!) I instantly stopped fasting. But my milk production hasn't gone back to normal. My baby isn't starving. We have normal feedings. But I am so scared I messed it up permanently. I do not want to formula feed...
Hi there! Would you list down the products in this video and what and how you did use them for? Thank you
