Maybe that will curb the amount of pregnant women with a baby on her back and 2 to 3 toddlers on street corner as she is trying to sell gum. The irresponsibility, child abuse, exploiting of an unclear law, abusing of programs, draining of tax payer funds may actually come to and end.

I can personally attest to this because I literally had a Chinese friend who made a living doing “birthright tourism“ and bringing pregnant women from China to the US on tourist visas. They rent houses and would fill them with pregnant women from China.

The Supreme Court ALREADY RULED on this matter in 1884, native people were NOT citizens by being born here because they were citizens of a foreign nation (tribal nation). And therefore subject to foreign (tribal) jurisdiction. Even if they denounced their foreign citizenship and lived among the whites that was not enough to make them American citizens. They were “not a citizen of the United States within the MEANING of the first section of the Fourteenth Article of Amendment of the Constitution.” It took a literal bill passed by Congress in 1924 - Indian Citizenship Act, for my ancestors to be granted citizenship even though they were born on this soil from the founding of this great nation! Let the citizens of foreign nations go to congress and propose a bill to allow two foreign parents to give birth in America and make the child an American citizen. Every nation should be treated the same as the native nations were. Not doing so would be discrimination.

Please read the 14th Amendment. It states who is a citizen. Its not that hard to interpret. MSM calls them undocumented or migrants. Neither one satisfys the 14th phrase, "and under the jurisdiction of...". Undocumented certainly means not under the jurisdiction of. Migrant means to keep moving, therefore negating the 14th. Simple. Anything else is unconstitutional.
