I really, REALLY don't understand why companies put full-stack as like, entry level. That's a job you give to a long time veteran.
That's why i started to learn Unity and i've been a game dev for 3 years now. Why did i so ? Game Dev technology stack is rock solid and not changing for years. Just learn Unity, C# and some type of optimization tricks that's it then you can earn more than most front end devs. But the work is hard mind you.
just got started learning fullstack, have a general and okay understanding of the terminologies and how the technologies work, even working with them. but I can't help but feel lost, my end-goal is being a software engineer, but learning react, JavaScript and css like this (learning webdev) honestly makes me feel like I'm learning the wrong thing
Best man, underrated video!
Your recommendations are always invaluable and your content continues to be a major motivation for my full-stack journey. Keep sharing your gifts my bro β€
Im building projects that I am going to apply for front end roles, but i am including one project with a back end just to show that I do have a fundamental understanding, they do like it when front end guys have an understanding of how the backend works just because it makes it easier if you are developing the front end specifically for the backend, also I dont like backend, lol. Much rather be paid less doing something I enjoy than getting paid more doing something I dislike!
i was thinking about start learning back end immediately after learning next js, but now i kinda changed my mind, and i will think about your suggestions, thank you buddy
what he is saying is true. There are so many technologies out there ad it is really difficult to learn all those and remember all those even though they are little bit similar. I feel very overwhelming learning all those technologies. 4 months ago i started learning HTML. CSS,JS after that SQL and now JAVA, OOP, DSA, and today i feel empty inside . I feel like did I learn all that stuff? I cant remember them any of them completely. I am completely lost now just sitting today evening and wondering did I choose the right path or not. I feel lost and demotivated today. I am trying to start again trying to find my mistake. If anyone gone through this path please help me. I am lost I want to do this correct this time.
I'm a novice and newbie trying to transition into tech industry. I will love to have you mentor me and guide me on what to learn sequentially without getting lost please π
I started with html and css then I tried learning JavaScript then python then I stopped with web dev stuff and started leveling up my skills as a Linux user and I passed the Linux essentials exam. So now I'm dead set on learning PHP and my SQL using that Jon ducket book. I'm glad I did some frontend coz now I'm starting to connect the dots in web development. I personally like the backend and the server stuff more than the frontend. I love the process of setting up a server and deploying an app π
I want to transition into Tech. But donβt know the course to take.
So far it's not that bad ngl
Is it possible to learn a full stack web development in 3 months
Good advice, too overwhelming all at once
