as one comment guy said Java wont run on console because it's coded in Java consoles can't run Java code so stick to bedrock I mean C++ isn't that bad fact it's an easy coding language to understand so until we get a console that can run Java code we will have to stick with bedrock... or you can somehow get linux to run on your console
