Is PDFelement storing sensitive data? I am asking because I might need authorization from my organization before using it. Thank you.

I'm currently trying to solve an issue at work that is pretty time consuming. We're getting invoices in PDF format, and our PO in the system I work with can be exported to Excel, the issue is that the prices never match and we need to manually change them in the PO and to top it off they are never in the same order on the invoice as in the PO. So I'm trying to figure out a way to extract the correct prices from the invoice and insert them in the PO. Any ideas on how to solve this? 🙂

What if I have different invoices from different suppliers that are structured differently and some invoices are 3 pages long or the invoice has two different VAT rates. Can the tool also recognize it? If so, is there a video about it?

@kitzmamuyac9021

Hello sir, can i ask a little help? how can i get the options in for pdf i only have the the option Data from picture.

@MzDerbyGal

will this work for multiple "invoices" in one pdf file - or does it have to be a separate file for each invoice?

@JessDB-v6w

I am trying to apply this across all invoices we receive from Vendors. Is there a way to apply this so the extract data searches for the text I want. Ex - Find "Invoice Number" and return that info?

@SandroMochiaro

Congratulations on the video. In the trial version the Extract Data option is not available. Is this correct?

@villapoder

how can i do this if i have significantly different types of invoices, this seems to work if invoices are from the same supplier?

@davidkostka5176

can you extract table data into excel vs the total. I'd like to do an analysis of the items individually on all pdfs in a batch. Is this tool capable of doing this?

@adamstancik1181

Hello, please is there any chance it will work for different pdf format? I´d like to extract data from drawing titleblocks so i do not need to open them.

@ŽivilėAlešiūnaitė

I tried to transfer the table data of the scanned drawing to Excel. Unfortunately, it causes all the data in the table to be on a single line by separating the data with commas in the CSV. Couldn't split the data into separate columns as you show.Could you show how to break the data into individual cells?

@CoupableSaji
