@MrHam2232

I have been playing this game since Early access in 2021, all because of your original video. So excited for the full release!

@natanoj16

UUUh Thank you for telling <3 I have played it a bunch, but haven't touched it much for 1½-2 years to wait for 1.0 <3

@Jasta85

Have had this on my wishlist for ages now, forgot it hit 1.0. Time to see how it's doing.

@koboldstop2033

Oof! read the title as "Slurmancer" ... thought we were about to have an entirely different kind of video right here lol

@papervoxels

I completely agree about preferring this style of game to be more brain-off.

I love PoE, Grim Dawn and Last Epoch, and enjoyed my time with PoE2 and the Titan Quest 2 demo, but having them require that I pay attention after years of using this genre as a way to destress and veg out feels almost antagonistic towards the core audience 😩

I know that kind of comes off as sarcastic, but I'm completely serious.

I can spend hours looking at skill trees and be happy as can be, but expecting me to notice every time an enemy has an on death effect of too much for my pea brain to handle 😅

@Doomroar

I completely agree with the DoT ramble, it sucks that DoT builds which are meant to build up and be effective against enemies with large health pools, are completely useless against enemies near the end of the game, because they either have a lot of regeneration that innately counters DoT or are straight out immune immune, mean while vs enemies that have small health pools DoT ends up being inefficient because the amount the damage ticks are dealt are way slower compared to just one big strike at the start of combat

So regular mobs don't have a big enough HP bar for DoT to build up and deal enough damage, making it too slow compared to direct strikes

And end game mobs have too much regen or DoT straight out doesn't works, so even if DoT builds up and has time to deal damage, it still wont deal enough damage to counter the regeneration

Classic examples of this are games made by Blizzard, and its offshoots, like Warcraft, World of Warcraft, Dota 1 and 2

Funnily enough games like The Bazaar have the opposite, DoT builds are mostly only good in the early game, and then fall off later, unless they can build up absurdly high, so they are better against enemies with small HP pools rather than ones with big HP pools

@joemfclark

I need more of this gameplay. Awesome video by the way. I definitely want to play this

@oopomopoo

Goes live in 2 hours (as of 10am CST)

It's a game that plays well, the only caveat*** I have is while the music is genuinely good quality music, it's very halloweeny. That can be a love it or hate it theme but I'll reiterate that the soundtrack is genuinely good quality - it just gets a bit much for me personally after a few hours of spooky halloween music.

@AkinokazeHaruichiban

I COMPLETELY understand you getting tired when doing the old man voice. I used to play with VA'ing every non-voiced line in the games I used to stream, and damn.... some would be a struggle to even get through a sentence without yawning cause they just required SO MUCH AIR. I've never had acting, vocal coaching, or singing lessons, but I'd hope that those would help in this regard?

@darksideoffairymoon

@wanderbots mate, the boardgame you re looking for (with the achievements that does things) is food chain magnate. real brain burner, yet has one of the most interesting achievement races out there..

@mammalianmolasses

I’ve played a lot of this game (100+ hours) and I have to say, I can’t in good conscience recommend it. The game has massive amounts of potential, and if it gets a significant modding community I bet they will make most of the issues vanish. As it stands now though, this game is GRINDY. Like full time job grindy. Maybe it’s ok if you’re in high school and don’t have anything better to be doing, but it’s a massive time-sink as an adult. There are some game-breaking soft locks in The Forge that have existed for the entire length of development, and enemy variety is nonexistent.

@dontnormally

From a cybersecurity perspective you really need to move your youtube channel over to a dedicated email address that you use for nothing else. As a fairly big channel should have a contact at YouTube who can help you get that sorted.

@TheMnataur

Another game I bought due to you, Wander. :)

@PvtCrit

"Owns the one and only shovel in the kingdom," How have they survived this long?

@dantesantosia8493

Phenomenal game. Super fun

@mariusgetsbored2928

Awesome you covered this game!

@bestboy897

Tbis looks so much fun

@satanasteguarda

You can summon more clones with one of ther other support skill trees, the purple one that creates a barrier, it gives passives to strenghten your clones and you can summon +2 extra clones if you go down to the bottom of the tree.

But yea, this game is super fun and there are tons of different builds between the 3 characters

@ookazi1000

@42:00, I've been saying for a coupla years now that y'all youtube content creators need to do a unionization thing; The Guild of Video Makers or whatnot. Ya get some 10% of channels with 50k or more subs on-board, go to youtube with a set of demands, and if youtube refuses to negociate, ya start a working strike.

The idea is, union members keep posting videos as usual (maybe with scaled back production) (to not harm their channel viewership numbers) but turn off monetization so that youtube makes no money off the labor y'all is doing. Add a blurb to the intro/midtro/outro of your videos talking briefly about the strike and what y'all want to garner public attention and support, maybe point to a strikefund. The strike would mean lean times for participants, but if successful would bring big and healthy changes to the platform for y'all the people who make the platform profitable.

It'd be a lot of work getting that many people on board. But, I think it could be done.

@kamm3021
