Hello.. Thanks for this useful tips. They are straightforward and no clutter. Im about to start my online studies and its Psychology. I know as a mature age student, it will be a big challenge also getting back to study after ages is very daunting. Feels overwhelmed and anxious sometimes even for petty things. Because it will be a whole new journey and need a commitment fully. Thanks Once again.

Question... I have not taken classes in about ten years. I forgotten most of the stuff that I learned. Example math, English, and science. I know I was supposed to go to the next level in intermediate algebra and English 2. I forgot how to write essays. It's been a long time. The semester is about to start, but I won't be able to go back until the fall semester. What do you recommend I do to get back into study habits or prepare myself for the fall semester?
