The first thought that came into my mind, watching this property is: Retro Vibe. Like something out of the 1970s... a colonial property mixed in with traditional Kerala architecture. Simply marvelous! Credit should go as much to the owner as to the architects. His vision and dream are very evident in every corner of the house. There's plenty of properties with grand architecture, exorbitant interiors, plenty of interior light & and breeze, but no VIBE. So, I'm not sure what some people in the comments are complaining about. I can guarantee you the owner is thrilled his vision materialized.

I liked certain elements, like the landscape, pool, verandah, the main entrance, and the elevation of the building. However, many building materials used in the construction seem to be a theatre drama stage set. Look at the cladding tiles, the wood used in the window, the closer look at the rainwater gutter, etc.
