@HybridCalisthenics

A lot of people recently seem to have hurt their wrists. Or maybe I'm just hearing about it more.

When they ask for stretches, I basically tell them this.

Keep in mind, that this may work for grade 1 sprains, but more serious injuries (like ligament tears) will almost certainly require some form of medical attention.

Hope you all are doing well!

@FinntasticMrFox

Wrist injuries are the worst, I'm definitely guilty of the "my wrist hurts, but I'm gonna keep doing handstands" approach. Taking a few days and then stretching and strengthening is what actually works, though, imagine that. Those rotational stretches are awesome, thank you for this.

@MasonC2K

No! YOU have a beautiful day!

@aubrifletcher8178

Why is this dude so damn calming, like he’s the friend everyone goes to when the need comfort or advice.

@jamieboothcomedy

Great tips and crazy timing, was literally just complaining today about pain in my wrists. Thank you!

@owensheasbyfitness

I love the way Hampton always acknowledges that everyone’s situation is different. Very refreshing.

@timbercrasher1

Oh my goodness, I did the fingers to fingers and i littlerly felt and heard a squish pop noise. Immediately no more pain. Amazing, thank you

@Fable.

Basically, this in addition to massage and grip strength activities was what my physical therapist recommend when I got a super bad forearm/wrist injury. You can even do some wrists and hand exercises with one hand while you hold your phone scrolling YouTube with the other!

Obviously everyone is gonna be different, but this is solid!

@johnceli1360

WORKS INSTANTLY, pain was removed. I will do this everyday ! Thankssss!!!!

@hurdlemyrtle

Thank you for this simple, easy to follow, warm and encouraging video. My wrists have been painful and stiff since increasing the frequency of my yoga practice, and admittedly my social media use. I'm taking a break from the latter, but I'm still subscribed to your videos. :)

@the0therethan

this is actually super helpful! as a musician, injuring our wrists is our worst nightmare. thanks for the content man

@prakhyatpandey5341

My wrist pains, not due to exercise, but due to exams, especially Biology and Economics, as they expect a lot to be written in under half the appropriate time...

Have been doing this routine for quite a while now and it helped a lot! Thank you so much!

@nickmilo932

My grandma fell and broke her wrist 4 days ago, When she recovers I'll show her this exercises.
Also... the timing on this video for me just Wow.

@ghastlyanarchy1720

I like that I've done those stretches and still do those stretches for my hands before knowing it was kind of a beneficial thing. I just do it because it felt good when my hands would cramp up while typing. You really do learn something new every day.

@yuceeraphael6738

Man thank you for this variations.....I never thought of how important your wrist strength is for your push days

@hackusprime

This actually came up at the perfect time

@kokocute123

I just want to thank you! I injured my right wrist at the gym and couldn't rotate or put weight on them. I used this video as reference everyday for 2 straight weeks (and got plenty of rest) and it's now completely healed! Again, TYSM! <3

@DonChillum

I got instant relief from several days of stubborn workout pain, stretching really is awesome
