i remember it as well, at first we all thought it was a gas line explosion. Noone knew that while rescuers were trying to find people the bomber was being stopped by LE on the highway for a traffic violation. I believe he had a warrant so they took him to jail for that. It was after that the other LE was looking for tim for the bombing and just by luck he was already sitting in a jail cell. If i remember the rear axle for the truck was found 5 blocks away. He did not care that there was a day care in the same building. A total POS.
