Hi, I am pursuing MS in Controls and Automation Engineer. But sometimes I feel lack of resources to learn hands -on in this field. Like in CS/IT you pretty much work on laptop and software which are free to keep learning and upskilling. Similarly, Can you please recommend any resources to keep learning in Controls and Automation domain?
Hope everything goes well with Mark Rober
I'm a chemical engineering student, would it be possible for me to transistion into a role as a control engineer. I have a pretty solid coding foundation. Is there a roadmap I could find to self teach control systems.

Do you need an engineering degree to get into the field?
Do you honestly recommend controls/electrical controls engineering? Is it a good career? Do you enjoy your work? Work life balance good? Are you drained or have time to do things outside of work? Is this path too niche or is there good career advancement? Is the pay good, how many years to hit 6figs? Ik that’s a lot of questions but I’m young and am curious before I make the long term commitment. Thanks in advance!
Do employers value Arduino projects?
