i feel so weightless when i open my eyes after the meditation is done, its crazy. i’m completely zoned out. it’s great without the background music and the fact that the voiceover doesn’t tell me when to inhale or exhale, i can do things at my pace and really trust myself to stay focused

The best guided meditation I have done, I do this every morning. The pauses he has between are perfect and gives you times to actually meditate, no music or constant talking.

Wish I had discovered this and the 30 minute version years ago. The 15 minute version I use for "break glass" (emergency) meditation, and the 30 minute version for daily maintenance. Thank you to Declutter The Mind.
I like this meditation. I didn’t think I’d like to not have background music but it was really great. I like the slower pace with time in between guidance. Perfect.

That 15 minutes felt like 5 minutes. It felt comforting that you pointed out thats okey for the mind to wonder and its normal and then to gently put focus back on the breath.
