@jthejh

You proved a good point here! The Ospreys really got their work cut out for them! And they work really hard! I can only imagine what its like to carry each stick one-by-one to the edge of your lighthouse. It is possible these Osprey can decide to nest there! Just walk back inside and see what happens!

Give them a couple of weeks. If these Osprey decide not to nest there, then I leave it up to you what you want to do with those sticks!

@samanthab1923

Be careful. I think their nests are protected by law.

@Wakatu73

I would let them move in, it would be nature's way saying we need to raise a family, we'll bring yuo fish and rodents for payment. Lol 🙀

@lynneaiken1647

so cool.. hope you let them stay... 😊💜

@AmyC28713

In the US, Osprey are protected by the Migratory Bird Treaty Act (MBTA). A MBTA permit can be requested from your regional US Fish and Wildlife Service field office. - How they would enforce that from private property that isn't readily accessible by state game wardens - no clue....but that's the hazards of Youtube-ing your private life.

Birds are good luck …!

I just read the history because I was curious how it was made. When I saw on a map where it’s located I was surprised. I live around the corner in bel air md. So close. Cool
