Whispering spear can also be found on broken citadel with the end dlc I got it the other day brilliant weapon

I already got the most powerful one the armor, melee, bow items too with 263 powers "(my melee, my armor and my bow but my items are between 249 - 251 powers)" my total levels is 193 and my total power is 259
