Sparky my all time fav player for UTD. The amount of big game goals i witnessed forms countless memories. This winner, the equaliser agaist Liverpool at home 2-2, the FA cup volley against Oldham what a striker.

@martinbeeko3481

Bryan Robson. By far the most important player on the pitch. Gave confidence & leadership to his players, organised the team that Barca could barely break down, and assisted both our goals. And as a charitable donation even assisted Koeman’s consolation by giving away the free kick 😂

@theaverageguitarist9036

No one whittering on that it's "just" the cup winners cup. Great times.

@patrickchan2892

This is the real football we missed for years. Running up and down ALL THE TIME, Tackling ALL THE TIME, Battling midfield ALL THE TIME. This is Manchester United.

@agungsetiawan-c4u

i was 13 years old, saw this game live at 2 am at school day n i fall in love with this MU since that moment

@cjshepherd339

One of Sparky’s finest moments. I remember running round the living room doing that strike all night aged 12

@BobbyDeniroX

I totally missed this game them days I was a child and in a hostel with no tv...deffo watching this now. How could I miss it 😢😢😢
Robson and the gang were my favourite always gave me a boost each week.

@SultanTheSeasoned

I hope those days will come again, Manchester United is the leader of England forever.

@rhannay39

Back when commentators actually commentated on the game not on everything but the game.

@pepsimadd17

Classic kit especially the goalkeeper top. Love the fact goalkeepers wore the same short and socks. Bring that back

@stevebloomer7027

Brian Moore, Denis Law, and James Peter Greaves. Now THAT is a commentary line-up.

@pigriser

Every United fan loves Les Sealey. What a legend.

@stephentrotter8895

Great times … 70 quid for match ticket and coach travel … remember 200 coaches set off from old Trafford the night before the match ,, and that was just officially 👍

@oldjake4233

Wonderful night for United. My father and uncle were both still kicking, both had supported United since the 1930s.

@audiopimpOFFICIAL

12 years old in 91, these are my heros! GGMU!

@Wintintin

One of the best United teams proper football, Hughes was such a player.

@yoelarokeum6141

Manchester United Forever ❤

@bacquetqge

Many people who never saw Man United play live on those days and harp on Fergie not having any tactical acument (especiay when comparing him to Pep in the useless comparison of the greatest manager). It might be true. But his teams ALWAYS had an energy: you could feel every Fergie team came out to win, and that was exciting about those teams. You always felt something special could happen, because he chose players in his image as well.

@jungatheart6359

Greavsie a bit harsh on Brian McClair with that early chance. That was the mother of all bobbles.
