1) cook sweet potato slices
2) from condiment bar: get diced celery, meat and/or mushroom, 2 pumps oyster sauce, 1/4 tsp sesame oil, MIX
3) mash cooled sweet potato and combine with mixed condiments, shape into small balls
3) use mashed shrimp to wrap the sweet potato balls to create bigger ball. 
4) Cook in hot pot
