I remember the first HTML video coding tutorial that I watched in my life. It was in your channel. Here I am almost 10+ years later. Thanks for everything Derek.
after learning a bit i was able to figure out how to pop up the time and date by myself, this course is very helpful
Started this video in the morning (at 1.5x speed) and I finished it at 8 PM. This is a great resource to get a good grounding of C# very quickly, especially for experienced developers looking to pickup the language. Thank you Derek.
Day 2 ( Night 2 Actually)- Yesterday I watched out 41 Minutes, tonight's target is to complete 2:00 hrs........... hope I can finish it in 8 days as I have my InSems nearing. Night 3 ( 25 March ) : Done Night 4 ( 26 March ) : Done Night 5 ( 27 March ) : Done Night 6 ( 28 March ) : Done Night 7 ( 29 March ) : Done Night 8 ( 30 March ) : Done Night 9 ( 31 March ) : Done Night 10 ( 1 April ) :-> And here I end up watching this video.........................................
The course is great for someone who has a bit of experience with programming, but I couldn't recommend it for complete beginners. There are a number of cases where things just work like "magic" and a few others where the wrong way to do something is taught before the right way, but the reason why one way is wrong and another is right isn't explained. I guess if it had these extra details the course would be 24 hours instead of 9 π thanks for the tutorial!
Just finished the longest video ever, was never confident that I would be able to finish it. Thanks for all the insights.
At the end you said 'if you watch it to the end leave a comment'. I watched it until the end. It was a very nice introduction to the C# language. Thanks for making it.
No fuss, no beating around the bush, just hit me with and don't waste my time. If I need extra clarification on a topic, I can google that. Absolutely my kind of learning. Thank you sir.
C# - the unsung hero of coding languages. Sure, it might not be the 'it' choice for startups, but its robustness, updated features, and amazing community make it a rockstar in its own right.
Finally a comprehensive course at the right pace for the programmers, without βwhat is a shortcut?, what is a program?β trivia. Thank you indeed!
Gonna give this a look when I get home. I was just starting out with the Bob Tabor stuff and that looks good but his vids are quite old and use outdated software versions. The concepts and learning are all still valid but when you're brand new, it's comforting when the instructor's stuff looks and works the same as yours. Derek using the newer versions makes it more attractive to me. And if I don't click with these lessons, I'll try something else. What an amazing era. We have so many amazing people sharing their expertise and passion with the community for the common goal of elevating each other. Thanks for the time and effort bro.
Watched till the End. Followed every chapter. This tutorial did gave me some insights on things I had never seen before and brushed my memory on things I forgot. Thanks for creating this tutorial!
Took me good 4 days to finish this. Thank you so much for this amazing video. It's my first time working with c# I have learned so much. I really appreciated all of your code source and comments very helpful
Just finished it all! Thank you Derek for the content. It was my first encounter with C# and I believe I now have a nice foundation for my .NET journey hopefully. All the best wishes <3
I love long and indepth courses like these, hope you keep doing them. I've also recently started really trying to learn the unity game engine, so I would really appreciate a video about C# inside the Unity game engine :)
Please help me complete this course - 1 like = 1 reminder π
I finished it all just... now. it took me ~ 9 days. I am new to c#, so I managed to understand ~ 30%. I'll need to re-take the course, hopefully with more success. anyway, I think it is a great course, I'm struggling with c# for couple of months, what I can say is you are my favorite teacher so far. look forward for other great content from you!
For anyone stuck with the first debugging if it says "attach to process", just choose Console App Net Framework when creating a new project instead of simple Console App. Worked for me
I am sixteen now and learned so many things because of you thank you so much
