Congrats on the well design V&A Museum Dundee in Scotland by Kengo Kuma & Associates ! 

However, at least 1 facade of the building or city living room area facing the water should be full glass with internal shade. Allowing visitors to enjoy open sky, water, beautiful landscape. Whilst it is important to have nice interiors, looking out to nature that nurture, rejuvenate & inspire is also key to good design. Small area of the building is dark & dimly lit which makes it less functional.
