This brought back some memories for me and my wife. We were in the Philippines when you guys moved to Canada back in 2020, and we just started our Canada PR process back then when we stumbled upon potato talkies. Since then, we have followed your journey closely from your 1st basement, 1st pizza in Canada to till date. I never commented on any of your videos until now, but I thought I'd do it now for bringing back those memories. You and Simran are some of the most positive folks we've seen in our lives, and I really love how you planned your Canada jounery as a new immigrant. We moved to Canada in 2021 and always wanted to connect with you but couldn't. Anyways, thank you so much for sharing your journey, knowledge, and inspiring many to do well in this country as a new immigrant. You are making a positive impact on the Indian community in Canada and keep at it. Good luck, Navjot ji!

For most immigrants... mortgage is a life long trap in form of fancy cars and home. Save money and live decent life in so called 3rd world rather making mortgage agents rich . cold country where services are costly and any significant investment or forced expenses can drag you in lifelong debts.

@nehas3519

Your strongest point is HONESTY! Best

@akashmadan1996

Thanks for the helpful video. I tried contacting your team, especially Angad, to go over some numbers and plan ahead for my closing. Despite multiple calls, I never got a response. It seems my case isn’t a priority since the closing is next year. Based on my bad experience, I wouldn’t recommend anyone working with Angad.

@sibulester485

I’m just about Closing on a property in couple weeks. After getting into housing system or the market as they call it, I realized it is a trap that makes middle men and govt richer at you expense. You are made slave to the system where you cannot pay off your mortgage earlier than they allow you to, just because they(mortgage lender) have not sucked enough blood from you yet. I was happy and independent of the system while renting. You are mostly paying off the interest for initial years and not building enough equity. If you get lucky housing price can go up and thereby equity
