I changed my diet to plant base food, barley grass juice everyday, NO sodas, NO COFFEE, NO SALTY food, LESS Sweets/carbs. Went to my OB for ultrasound, PCOS are gone.

@soranika

I lost body fat, started weight training, and changed my eating habits by increasing protein and ingesting more natural foods. I recently went to a gynecologist for a revision and was told my uterus and ovaries went back to normal. Finally, my period is regular and feeling better

I had my first period at 9 and started having problems by the time i was 12. Diagnosed with PCOS at age 17 and today I'm 42. The symptoms are horrible. The visible AND invisible ones. I just had a hysterectomy because of this lifetime problem and waa Diagnosed type 2 diabetes at 33. It's not joke girls, have yourself checked and stay safe. ❤❤❤❤❤❤

@the.fierce.lady.

I am suffering from PCOD and it was back in 2020 when I had my first PCOD but later with a healthy food habit and exercises, my PCOD got controlled without any medications. But last year due to the influence of my “friends” I used to smoke a lot. I could have resisted but I didn’t. I also was stressed due to my exams and jobs. Currently I’m having multiple cysts and I’m under medication. I’m doing yoga everyday. And twice a week I do cardio. I have stopped consuming sugar and dairy products. I drink spearmint tea everyday. Regular sleep is also very important, so ladies don’t stick to your phone late night and get some sleep. Have positive mindset that this is just a phase and it shall pass.
I wish speedy recovery to all my fellow PCOD/ PCOS warriors.

Huge Respect to all the women out there!

I've been to the doctor a few times because of PCOS and man the pain is no joke. Some women get no symptoms and others get mild pains, while others can't even move. I've only gone once to the ER because the pain was so bad but after a long time you come up your own routine and treatments that will help ease the pain. Really appreciate the this explanation and animation, I'm always curious about this topic

@graceudeani8327

This is the first time I understand what PCOS is about. Great video

@Anna-ks3mn

My doctor told me to just start walking… i started walking with a friend who loves walking and while talking we ended up walking 10k steps a day. This definitely helped my insulin resistance.. im not as hungry anymore and periods becoming more regular.

@vanlalmuanpui1834

I never realise how pcos would take a toll on a female human body until I was diagnosed this year(2023) on May. My body and my mind has never been the same as before...it can have this much impact on a person with all the stress and anxiety. After going through surgery I am trying to change my lifestyle slowly till I reach that goal of a healthier body and mind..

@AshleyNoneya

I’ve had pcos since I was 14 and it still hurts at my current age of 36. I wish doctors would offer more help for those of us suffering with this

@racheloshaksmusic

I want to encourage every woman, to lay their hands above their womb and their head and pray in the name of the Lord Jesus over it, that the body operate correctly and to full health. If you believe in miracles and want to try, type amen ! 🙏🏾❤️ I empathise for all women suffering this and going through pain, I pray it goes away and I pray for your strength through it all by God’s grace. You are no less of a woman if you go through this and especially if you struggle with infertility. I cannot imagine how difficult this must be.
Thank you for this video, it is very educational so that people will not be ignorant of what some women go through. God bless you all❤

@ambersiddiqa1338

@annisathomas7903

I was diagnosed in 2015 saying it would be hard.. now I have my one lil nugget on the way 9/25❤❤❤

@bhavyasrig3951

Wonderful explaination. It made me realize how serious pcod can be in our life. I have been diagnoised with pcod when I was in 8th class. I Went to multiple doctors searching for accurate and permanent treatment. No solution for that unless taking Contraceptive pills with multiple side effects like weight gain, hair fall. This syndrome took a toll out of my body. There isnt a minute where I won't get stressed about it. This really affects mentally and physically. I hope another women to not become a victim of this nasty PCOD . Take care women out there 💜

@tamarawest9552
