@nothankyou5524

Its not the unit that's spectacular. It's the original builders and people like these that keep it running and fix it when needed.

@ChrisArtsTube

The fact that they are even still communicating with V1 is amazing.

@paulanomoly7977

Even if it failed Voyager will always be a sucess

@MegaSkills9

Here is the amazing part of this video. Light can travel 15 Billion miles in 23 Hours. -- All these years and it still is not even a Light-Day away from us.

@jonathanboushey5332

The little spacecraft that could.

@nct948

This whole project has been carried out with so much care, passion and consideration from the start, so many top scisntists have been involved throughout, it is truly a masterpiece. So happy to see that you can still communicate with this speck navigating the unknown.

@jeffreypinkston4540

They built these so well. Amazing engineering.

@chaplainleggitt

My wife built some of the electronic circuit boards used in Viking I and II. I donated the soldering pencil she used to the Viking Museum. She must have done a good job of soldering.

@samuelfawell9159

Just imagine it, the silence of the void, emptiness, the distant light from a lightly larger star, before a large metal contraption wizzes by, deep inside of it after more that 2 decades, a distant signal reaches it and old systems long dormant fire up, starting their work and slowly the device rotates pointing towards a seemingly empty spot in space a signal set back, “back online”, before it continues to hurtle off into the empty cold void, but now with a very faint connection to home.

@timothycreech8057

I imagine working on this is like fixing a 1977 Buick. But really, really remotely. Whenever we last hear from Voyager this machine is one of the greatest inventions known to humanity.

@Prospero812

That’s great! Voyager is a great piece of technology to have survived and brought back so much information and wonder!

@terryridge4596

How cool is this? And remember, Star Wars came out that year as well!!! SO PROUD of NASA!!!! I was 17 when they landed the US on the moon and I STILL have that newspaper! Aloha

@Mint_drake

Voyager just refuses to die. When life gets tough, be like the voyager twins and the team who stands behind them.

@MMSS-hn5uf

A shout out to the engineers, technicians, and builders for this amazing craft.

@annmarieholland4242

This makes me so happy!! Our first travels in space are a huge success!!!!

@graemecrowther.7557

I remember them sending these on their epic journey, Amazing.

@michaeledwards2251

Remarkable the team was able to overcome the budget limits imposed on them from the beginning. The launching rocket should have been a Saturn 5.

@Terran_Space

primal space animations going crazy

@sligo-j5u

It's not just about the thrusters but it is the problems solved along the way taught us the most.

@rickz6006

They did an incredible job when they designed and built this amazing craft. Much respect for them.
