wait I don’t understand. Can I do it like this 1: choose the topic 2: study 30 minutes about it 3: teach it to someone 4: study where you keep struggling with 5: explain it again until you feel like a professor? 6: practice tests

I use this method all the time and it helps so much!! Sometimes I explain to friends and they add on sutff I forgot to mention to make our understanding of the topic better
