Hi, Your exercises are invigorating and rejuvenating to the body and revitalized my physcial engagement with body. That reminds to ask you, can you give a  daily routine exercises for animal moves, what is your recommended schedule for a week, month and a year. How much weight training is required other than animal moves. Please suggest and advise. I am reallty intrigued and vested wtih your idea of body weight and the we configure our body to make sure our stability is installed in all our capacity to do our daily movements with ease.

the fitness culture in USA over emphasizes muscle size and raw strength. They don't pay enough attention to movement, flexibility .

This is best introduction-session in Primal Movement (for a stiff and achy office worker like myself) I’ve stumbled upon so far - I managed to get through it and it felt really good afterwards.
