I always settle for comfort with my legs up thinking I'm helping myself when I'm not helping myself 😵‍💫😵‍💫😟

@jenniferw1595

The struggle is real! I get scared when I have to stand for too long like in a line at the store.

@allthingsmaloney5634

I’ve crisscrossed my legs my whole life and always lying down with my feet up… didn’t get symptoms until I was 27…crazy!!

Quick question why do you put your legs down. Does it makes your symptoms worse ?

@blazecat111

Omg all the time

@222lanna

Do you take Thiamine (B1) for your pots?
